MY INDIFFERENCE

Where have I been blind to ignoring God?
Where have I been failing to confess and repent
of my failings and sins?
In what ways have I been failing
to take the trouble to think as Jesus thinks?
If I have been doing this,
then I need a word of God
that brings my blindness ,
my indifference,my disobedience,
my doubting,to judgement
Judgement that shows me I am
out of kilter with God.
Only in this way can God
get me to bring what I really am
to the atonement of Jesus.
